Who's the Boss?

Hello Gentle Readers. Is anyone there? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
Yes, I know it's been awhile. But I'm back!

I am officially not the boss at my place of employment any longer. Victim of the economy, who knows, they just did not need my services anymore. That's about what I got for an explanation.

But if you read this blog at all, you know I was not really happy there. I just would have liked to have had a job waiting for me when that one ended. And, selfishly speaking, I would have liked for it to have been my choice. But, c'est la vie!
So..... I am going to try to blog more often now! In between job hunting, that is!

*update on most recent job interview*

I had taken my resume somewhere and had 2 phone interviews. I had an on site interview 2 weeks ago. I found out today I didn't get that job.

I'm bummed. I hate my job. I cry every night. I feel stressed and sick all the time. And that would be alright if I got paid more than dirt.

Oh well. I'll still be on the lookout. At least I have a job.

Thoughts and prayers to those out there who don't.

*Update on the job interview*

So, I didn't get the job, they hired someone internally. Which is okay, I can handle rejection if the person I lost the job to has been there already and knows the ropes. Good for her.

But I'm still out there looking, I took my resume to someone today, hopefully I'll be going in for an interview soon!

Back on the Market

I had a job interview today. I was a bit nervous. But we'll see. I won't count my chickens before they're hatched.
If anything, it was good practice, it's been a while since I've had an interview.

No, YOU'RE Stupid

I'd really love to just stay at home all day tomorrow with my children. Keep them out of school even. I would love to be able to stay at home.

But mainly I hate my job. It's just been a really stupid crazy few weeks. But it's nothing that no one else hasn't faced in their job.

I just am waiting until the day when I can have a plain old simple job that I go to each day and leave all the baggage when I go home. And keep the same hours as the kids.

So, my post title pretty much reflects how I feel at the moment about my job. I'm sure you can all relate at least a little bit!

Where'd She Go?

I've been out of it the past week. Going through some crazy things at work these days. Just wanted to say hello and let you know that I am still alive. Not too Bossy at the moment, but I'll get there.
